Louise Maybelle Livings McIntyre, 70, of Chesapeake Beach, MD died May 12, 2008 at her residence. She was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in College Park, Takoma Park and Silver Spring, MD.

She was an elementary school teacher in Anne Arundel County for many years, and lived in Indian Head, MD prior to moving to Chesapeake Beach in 2005. She worked part-time at the public library in Chesapeake Beach, was a member of the Calvert County Garden Club, was interested in environmental and conservation issues, and loved living near the Chesapeake Bay.

She is survived her brother Joseph G. Livings and his wife Patti of Bealeton, VA, a niece Aimee Tomcho of Burnsville, NC and a nephew Timothy Livings of Gainesville, VA.

She was preceded in death by her parents George F. and Dorothy Griffith Livings. The date and time of her memorial service is pending.
