Mr. Denniston was a Chief Engineer for Aircraft Parts Corporation of Farmingdale, N.Y. for 65 years. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served in both the Atlantic and Pacific Theaters during World War II. He was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR).
Son of the late Raymond S. Denniston, Sr. and the late Eleanor Gilliland Denniston. Survived by his wife, Marion Berish Denniston, one son, Raymond S. (Susan) Denniston of Charlotte Hall, Md., one daughter, Donna Denniston (Frank) Prybeck of Milltown, NJ, one brother, James (Jacquelyn) Denniston of Point Pleasant, NJ, and three grandchildren, Devon, Stephen, and Ryan Prybeck. Visitation on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 from 4-8pm with prayers at 7pm at Christ Episcopal Church, 112 Charles Street, La Plata, Md. Funeral Service on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 11am at Christ Episcopal Church, La Plata, Md. Clergy will be Rev Joy Rose. Interment at Mount Rest Cemetery, La Plata, Md. Pallbearers will be Family members. Honorary Pallbearers will be the United States Navy Honor Guard. Arrangements provided by Raymond Funeral Service. |
