Mr. Morrison was a retired Systems Analyst for Washington Gas Light Company after 31 years of service. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, stationed at Bolling Air Force Base. He graduated with honors from South Eastern University with a degree in accounting. He retired as Softball Coach at the College of Southern Maryland after 21 years of service, where he compiled a record of 429-197-1, seven Region XX Championships, eight Maryland JUCO State Championships, six National Tournament appearances, inducted into CSM's Athletic Hall of Fame in 2007, and nominated for NJCAA's Region XX Hall of Fame in 2008.

During his thirty-five years with the Waldorf American Little League, he coached the first Maryland Team to win the Junior League World Series in 1986, finished second in Senior League Baseball World Series in 1988, won the Big League Softball World Series in 1998 - 99, was estimated to have coached more than 1,000 youth, and the only coach in Little League history to win a World Series Championship in both baseball and softball. One of the fondest memories he had in coaching was when he coached his three grandsons on the same team. He always enjoyed a friendly game of poker with friends.

Son of the late Thomas Raymond Morrison and the late Ilene Rita Gelineau Morrison.

Predeceased by his parents, and one brother, Roy A. Morrison.

Survived by his two daughters, Sheri Morrison and Susie Morrison Kline, one son, Thomas Lowell Morrison, beloved companion, Vicki Zwick, and four grandchildren, Madeline, Mitchell, and Mark Kline, and Seth Morrison.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 12, 2008 from 2-8pm at Regency Stadium, 11765 St. Linus Drive, Waldorf, Md. 20602.

Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 12, 2008 at 7pm at Regency Stadium.

Interment at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Md. on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 1pm. Pallbearers will be Mark Kline, James Steinbach, Sean Corcoran, Lewis Stoneman, Bill DeAtley, and Gary King. Honorary Pallbearers will be the United States Air Force Honor Guard.
