Ronald Allen Sisk, 41, of Drum Point, Lusby, MD passed away at home on April 29, 2008.

Ronnie was born at Providence Hospital in Washington, DC on July 28, 1966. He grew up and lived the majority of his life in Drum Point. Ronnie graduated from Calvert High School in 1985, where he was affectionately know as "Birdman" or " Baby Jesus". In 1988 he married Melissa "Missy" and is the father of Ronnie, II, Casey, and Robbie Sisk. He is also survived by his parents, Ginger and Dennis Dugan, and brother of Robert A., Richard A. and Kristine Sisk.

Ron adored his children and always participated in their interests, from coaching T ball teams to cheerleading at swim meets. He loved the outdoors, riding his motorcycle with friends and the occasional bike week event. Ron enjoyed deer hunting, when he could find the time, and also enjoyed raising quail in a backyard coupe. He loved to express his artistic talent by drawing, doodling, or creating things with his hands like his wire bonsai trees.

Ron spent much of the last 20 years working for various D.O.D. contract companies at Patuxent River NAS, Solomons Rec. Center and Fort Meade Army Base. He was very proud to be co-owner and CEO of R.A. Sisk Lighting and Electric, Inc., which he operated for over 10 years.

Ronnie was a beloved Grandson, Son, Brother, Husband, and Father. He will be missed terribly by all those having the chance to know and love him.

The family received friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road on Sunday May 4, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.

Funeral services were held on Monday May 5th, 11 A.M. at Christ Episcopal Church. Interment was private. Pallbearers were Rick Preece, David Jimney, Rene Ward, Robbie Sisk, Ricky Sisk and Mike Bladen.
