Mr Haggenmaker was owner and operator of H H Haggenmaker Masonary Company, Inc. Of Brandywine for 50 years. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army having served during the Korean War.
Son of the late Harry Hamilton Haggenmaker Sr and the late Martha Babbington Haggenmaker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters Ellen Payne, Thelma Turpin, Elsie Haggenmaker and Margaret Sauer. Survived by his wife of 53 years Mary McGervey Haggenmaker; children Kathy (Dave) Moore of Waldorf, MD, Mark (Shelah) Haggenmaker of Barboursville, VA, Cindy (Ray) Bucci of Waldorf, MD, Shelly (Keith) LeValley of Linden, VA, Kelly (Nate) Ludke of Front Royal, VA; 17 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-8pm with prayers at 7pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel, La Plata, Md. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 10AM at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Waldorf, Md. Clergy will be Monsignor Bill Parent. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery Clinton, MD. Pallbearers will be David Moore Sr., David Moore Jr., Matthew Moore, Raymond Bucci, Keith LaVally, Nathan Ludke and Rodney Cropper. Honorary Pallbearers will be U.S. Army Honor Guard.
