Beulah Bessie Winkler, age 90, of Pomfret, MD died July 6, 2015 in Bel Alton, MD.

She was the daughter of William L. Finall and Bessie Victoria Bryant Finall and was married to Charles Harold Winkler.

She was a mail carrier for 20 years with the U.S. Postal Service (Pomfret Post Office).
