Mark Oliver Stack, 49, of Nanjemoy, MD passed away on June 7, 2015 at his home. Mark was born on February 9, 1966 in Arlington, Virginia to the late Clifford Wayne and Pauline Lucille Lesho Stack. In addition to his parents, Mark is preceded in death by one brother, David Stack.

Mark was a self-employed heavy equipment operator. As "one of the best" heavy equipment operators in the heavy highway construction industry he served as a superintendent and quality control supervisor.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman and an all-around outdoorsmen. He loved animals especially his dogs and spending time at home on the farm. Mark played a big part in the lives of his many nieces, nephews and grandchildren; taking them hunting, fishing and playing around on the farm.

Mark was survived by his fiancé Karen Gray and her son Ricky Gray, three brothers; Wayne Stack, Kevin Stack and Jeff Stack and his wife Vicki, five sisters; Cathy Lagana and her husband George, Debbie Langley and her husband Larry, Stephanie Moore and her husband Derek, Lynn Novak and Lisa Freeman and her husband Steve and six grandchildren; Katlyn Gray, Hailey Gray, Brooklyn Gray, Isaiah Gray, Serenity Gray and Elijah Leggett.

A visitation will be held at Raymond Funeral Service on Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 11:30 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM. Interment will be on the family farm at a later date. Arrangements provided by Raymond Funeral Service.
