June Darlene Boyd, age 67 of Charlotte Hall, MD, died on May 13, 2015 at the Southern MD Hospital Center in Clinton, MD. June was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. She was a 1965 graduate of Southside High School in Memphis, TN. She loved animals, especially her cats and was a longtime military wife where she served as an ombudsman. She was a great wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is the daughter of the late Maurice Faught and the late Ruby Duncan Faught. She is also predeceased by her brother, Darrel "Bubba" Faught. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Timothy Boyd, Sr.; her son, Timothy Boyd, II and wife Kristen; her daughter, Shannon Darlene Boyd and beloved companion, Joseph Keith Mayle; her brother, Rex Daniel Faught; and her granddaughter, Rita Haley Boyd.

Friends were received on Tuesday, May 13, 2015 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM with a Wake Service at 7PM at the Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 11AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, 13715 Notre Dame Place, Bryantown, MD 20617. Interment at the St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery, 11555 St. Mary's Church Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
