Keith Lamont Gross Thomas, affectionately known as "Chucky" was born on October 25, 1980 to Janice Gross and James "Pee-Wee" Thomas. He entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at his home in Mechanicsville, Maryland.

Chucky was baptized at an early age at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bryantown, Maryland. He was educated in the Charles County Public School system and graduated from Thomas Stone High School. Chucky was the eldest of his siblings. Chucky was a skilled electrician who worked for various companies. He was last employed with Gates Electric Company.

Chucky was a person who loved to have fun. One of his passions was going to the racetrack. It didn't matter if he was a participant, racing his car or a spectator, watching others race, it made him happy and he had a good time. At an early age Chucky raced dirt bikes and he would travel to participate in different events. Another of his passions was riding dirt bikes. His most prized passion and the one that brought him the most joy, was spending time with his kids, Alyssa Aryanna and Dante'.

Whether he was taking them to school functions, attending family/friends birthday parties, huddling around bon fires, going on family vacations to Ocean City or just hanging around watching movies it was a fun time had by all.

Chucky was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Oscar Gross, his paternal grandfather James "Wallace"Thomas and his aunt Joyce Ann White.

Chucky is survived by his parents, Janice Gross and James "Pee-Wee" Thomas; children Alyssa NaShae', Aryanna Marissa and Dante' Lamont; three sisters Shameka Gross, Sherita Thomas, Chantel Thomas and one brother Garrett Bond; great-grandmother Rita Frederick; grandmothers Mildred Gross and Barbara Ann Thomas; Aunts Karen Pittman (Jerome), Monica Campbell, Phyllis Thomas and Sheryl Mason; Uncles Andy (Annie Mae) and Preston (Wanda) Gross; Francis "Brute", Cecil and Jamey (Mary) Thomas; Stepmother Wendy Thomas and Stepfather Vincent Henderson; nieces Asya and A'Niyah Douglas; nephew Andre' Douglas. Godparents Yvonne Coates, Margo Stone and Jeff Stone; his godchild Shakiya Mayvant; Ex-wife Brooke Wilkinson; special friend Jennifer "Jenny" Knight; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday March 12, 2015 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 13715 Notre Dame Place, Bryantown, Maryland from 10:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m. Interment Church Cemetery. Arrangements provided by Adams Funeral Home.
