Fadeley, Wyatt Michael
Birth: Tuesday, March 21, 2000 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina
Residence: Great Mills, Maryland
Death: Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the age of 14
Wyatt Michael Fadeley, 14, of Great Mills, MD passed away Saturday evening February 21, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown, MD. Wyatt was born on March 21, 2000 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina to Michael Leslie Fadeley and Amanda Rachel Sole Fadeley, now residing in Great Mills, MD.

Wyatt attended the ninth grade at Leonardtown High School, where he played on the junior varsity football team and was practicing hard to make the varsity team. Wyatt loved football, and he and his father loved the Oakland Raiders - making his High School team and teammates even closer to their hearts. Wyatt was a loving son to his parents and a gentle and patient brother to his sister Savannah; however, when on the football field he was a physical and hard hitting player. He loved the game.

Wyatt was an avid reader, a trait he shared with his mother. They loved discussing books and ideas… although their tastes didn't always align. A history buff, he loved going to Revolutionary and Civil War battlefields after reading about the events in order to know exactly how things occurred. Wyatt also loved hunting and fishing with his parents, and was amazing at both - often winning the bets he and his father made before going on a trip.

His sarcastic, precocious, and light-hearted wit and manner was a constant, endearing him to everyone he encountered. Although he always displayed his humorous side, Wyatt was a thoughtful, considerate, and extremely intelligent young man. He was always learning, reading, and studying while laying around in his silk pajamas, or joking about how stunningly handsome he was while baking with his mother in the kitchen.

He was his father's best buddy, his mother's best friend, and his sister's big bubby - never letting them down and always making them laugh with pranks and jokes. Wyatt was the son that every parent wants and the brother that every sister could count on. His absence will be felt daily by all, but the memory of his exceptional personality and presence will always bring a smile to those who had the fortune of knowing him.

In addition to his parents, Wyatt is survived by his sister, Savannah Fadeley of Great Mills, MD; his two best buddies, Whiskey and Virgil; his grandparents, E. E. and Linda Sole of Montrose, WV; his grandmother, Jacqueline Fadeley of Barstow, CA; his great-grandmother, Virginia Sears of Clarksburg, WV; his aunt and uncle, Lee Ann and Andrew Sole of Chardon, OH; his aunt, Shannon Greenlee of Barstow, CA; his cousins, Anna and Ethan Sole of Chardon, OH; and Nicholas, Vanessa, and Marcus Greenlee of Barstow, CA. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Les Fadeley.

Family will receive friends for Wyatt's Life Celebration on Saturday, February 28, 2015, from 2:00-5:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 4 p.m., at Brinsfield Funeral Home, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Interment will be private.
