Joyce Elaine Mullinax, 78, of Leonardtown, Maryland passed away on January 14, 2015 in Washington D.C. She was born November 11, 1936 in Washington DC to the late Russell Wm. And Cora Walker Netherton. Besides her parents she is predeceased by her grandson, Cheyne Eyre and a brother Joe.

Joyce is survived by her husband, John Lee "Jack" Mullinax, and devoted mother of Jeffrei Dunagan (Buddy), Janet Brady (Kevin), and JoAnn Pitcher (Jerry). Grandmother of Buddy Dunagan, Jr., LeAnn Clifton, Craig Dunagan, David Dunagan, Stephanie Eyre and Joe Candido. Great Grandmother of eight, she is also survived by her siblings, Jon, Jim, and Jan.

The family will receive friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, Maryland on Tuesday January 20, 2015 from 10 AM to the time of her Memorial Service at 11 AM.
