James Philip Poole, 75, of Prince Frederick, MD passed away January 15, 2015 at his residence. Born November 10, 1939 in Alexandria, VA, he was the son of James E. Poole and Evelyn Louise Watkins Poole.

James was the owner of American Metal Fabricators until 2011. He enjoyed hunting, building, drawing, designing, science, fishing and the grandchildren.

Predeceased by his parents; sons, Timothy J. Poole, Phillip S. Poole and Robert S. Poole; brothers, Richard E. Poole and Allan P. Poole. James is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ann Poole; children, Michael A. Frye and Elizabeth A. Poole; brother, Walker T. Poole; and 12 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends for James' Life Celebration on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Brinsfield-Echols. Interment will follow at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, 900 West Central Avenue, Davidsonville, MD 21035.
