Anthony "Tony" Truman Yip-Young, 64, of La Plata, MD died on November 10, 2014 at his home.

He was born on March 30, 1950 in Port of Spain, Trinidad to Carmen Yip-Young and the late Kenneth Yip-Young. He is survived by his brothers Kenneth "Michael" Yip-Young and Gregory Yip-Young, sisters Joan De Freitas (Kenty) and Marissa Yip-Young. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, November 20th 10 AM at the Sacred Heart Church, La Plata, Md. His interment will be at a later date. Arrangements provided by Arehart-Echols Funeral Home.
