SMARTCO is a total volunteer non profit organization formed to help citizens in the Tri-County area cross the digital divide. Wednesday evenings from 6 to 10 pm we refurbish surplus computers donated by private industry as well as the Naval Air Test Center and make them available to schools and non profit organizations. We also teach basic computer software and hardware repair courses. No experiance is required to volunteer.
