Junior Golf Camp Offered at White Plains Golf Course

WALDORF, MD - The Charles County Commissioners are pleased to announce that the Department of Public Facilities will offer Junior Golf Camps at White Plains Golf Course.

The camps will introduce participants to the rules and etiquette of golf, as well as provide instruction on stance, golf swing, putting, chipping, sand shots, and when to use the various types of golf clubs.

Camps for youth ages 10-12 will be held June 26, 28, 30. Camps for youth ages 13-16 will be held July 10, 12, and 14. All classes will be held from 8 - 10 A.M. The cost is $15 per student. There is a 10 student limit per camp and the registration deadline is June 15. Early registration is encouraged.
