Victor Major Biscoe, 76 years of age, was last seen on 05/09/06 at approximately 7:30 p.m. at his residence, the Bayside Nursing Center in Lexington Park. He was reported missing at approximately 8:30 p.m. A search of the area by deputies and Maryland State Trooper #7 helicopter was made to no avail. Mr. Biscoe is described as an African American male, 6'00 tall, weighing approximately 125 lbs., wearing a brown long sleeve shirt with a red stripe and tan dress slacks.
