On 12/116/05 Dfc. Molitor responded to a private residence on Iverson Dr. Great Mill's, Maryland for the reported Assault. Investigation revealed suspect Loida Figeroa struck the victim in the head with an unknown object causing a laceration to the victims head. The victim was transported to St. Mary's Hospital by the Lexington Park Rescue Squad where he was treated for his injuries. Loida Figueroa was placed under arrest, charged with Assault 2nd Degree, and incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
