Upon officers arrival, they observed a 15-year-old Waldorf girl holding a knife, in an argument with a 15-year-old Waldorf boy. Cpl. S. Brown attempted to make contact with the girl and she attempted to cut him with the knife. She was charged with first degree assault and is being held at Waxters Juvenile Facility in Baltimore. |
