On 03/23/05 Deputy Jay Kirkner responded to the Target Store for a reported shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival Deputy Kirkner made contact with the Loss Prevention Officer who advised that they had caught a shoplifter with 2 video games valued at $74.98. The suspect, Michael Isaiah Harrison, 18 of no fixed address was arrested and charged with Theft under $100.00
On 03/23/05 Deputy Eva Snyder served the arrest warrant on Derrick Justin Connolly. The warrant which had been obtained by DFC Stephen Simonds charges Connolly with Desecration of the Flag, Theft and Property Destruction.
