On Jan. 25 at 12:15 a.m., Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to a residence in the 6000 block of Serenia Place in Waldorf for the report of a stabbing. Investigation revealed the victim–a 20-year-old man who resides at the residence–and a 26-year-old Waldorf man were at the residence when they became involved in an argument. A fight ensued and the man stabbed the victim multiple times. The victim fled to a neighbor’s house and the man fled the scene. The victim was flown to Prince George’s Hospital Center for treatment of his injuries. Det. J. Piazza is investigating.
