Juvenile Delinquent Arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest


On 01/15/05 at 2213 DFC Patrick Handy and DFC Michael Peacher responded to the Loews Theater for a group of disorderly juveniles. They were confronted by a group of juveniles acting disorderly by yelling, cursing, and bothering movie goers as they were trying to leave. They were asked to leave numerous times. At that point one of the juveniles began yelling and cursing at the police officers. He was given several more commands to leave. He continued to yell profanities. He was placed under arrest and resisted arrest. He was taken to the police vehicle, where he was handcuffed and transported. The juvenile 13 yoa of Park Hall was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.

On 01/15/05 Deputy Terry Kile served a criminal summons on Joseph Demarco of Leonardtown. The criminal summons charges Demarco with writing a Bad Check/Utter/Non sufficient Funds.

On 01/15/05 DFC Michael Peacher served a criminal summons on James Randolph Somerville of Great Mills. The criminal summons charges Somerville with Driving While Suspended.

On 01/15/05 DFC Michael Peacher served a criminal summons on Bradley William Jennings of Patuxent River. The criminal summons charges Jennings with writing a Bad Check/Utter/Non sufficient Funds.
