On January 7th, 2005 at 11:05 am, Dfc Wilson conducted a traffic stop in the area of Rt 261 and Windward Key Dr., Chesapeake Beach, Md. Based on observations made during the stop a search of the vehicle was conducted. The search revealed a partially burnt hand rolled cigarette containing suspected marijuana. Dfc Wilson also found a pack of E-Z Wider rolling papers. Jeremy M. Vaughan, 19 years old of Owings, Md. was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
On January 7th, 2005 at 3:28 pm, Dfc Wilson responded to the 9100 block of Frederick Ave. North Beach, Md. for a reported CDS violation. He met with the homeowner who advised him that Allen T. Linkous, 44 years old of North Beach, Md. was in her bedroom, smoking crack. Dfc. Wilson entered the residence and contacted Allen Linkous. Dfc Wilson observed a non-conventional smoking device and a plastic baggie containing two pieces of suspected crack cocaine in the bedroom. Based on observations made at the scene, Allen Linkous was placed under arrest and charged with possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
On January 9th, 2005 at 11:10 am, Deputy Childress responded to the 1000 block of East Chesapeake Beach, Md. for a report of a vehicle stuck in the mud. Deputy Childress made contact with the vehicle operator and detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person. Based on observation made at the scene, Michael D. Pennoyer, 24 years old of Glen Burnie, Md. was placed under arrest for DUI. Information was received that the vehicle Pennoyer was operating had been taken from the victims garage without her knowledge or permission. Pennoyer was taken to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with DUI and Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
