Birthright is a private, nonsectarian, non-profit service offering help to all pregnant women and girls in distress. Cost-free services are available to women with children and women with a problem stemming from or complicated by a pregnancy. Birthright also has cost-free clothing for children through size 4, some shoes, and maternity clothing.

Mother of Multiples – of Charles County offers support for mothers and expectant mothers of multiples. The group meets the second Thursday of the month at 7pm. Most month’s meeting are held at the Calvary United Methodist Church in Waldorf. CCMOM’s is a member of the National Organization of Mother’s Of Twins Club (NOMOTC).
