Judge Stamm has served as a circuit
court judge since January 13, 2006. His
prior public service experience includes:
- Over 15 years practicing
criminal and civil law
- Deputy State's Attorney, St.
Mary's County, 1999-2006
- Assistant State's Attorney,
1992-1995
- Standing Examiner, St. Mary's
County Circuit Court, 1995-1999
- 12 years teaching regular,
special education, and gifted programs in the St.
Mary’s County Public System
- Over 10 years teaching at
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
