- Peel shrimp (leave tails on), de-vein and butterfly.
- Add shrimp to marinade - marinate for about twenty minutes.
- Place shrimp on a hot grill - about 400 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Use skewers.
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 Tablespoons hot sauce
- 4 cloves garlic -finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- salt and pepper to taste
