The Slave Cabin exhibit will be dedicated to the memory of Agnes Kane Callum, her story, and how 20 years ago she served as a trustee to fight for Sotterley to be saved when its doors almost closed. Agnes understood that Sotterley must tell its stories due to its legacy of slavery, and the lives it can touch to promote understanding. Opening ceremony at 10:30 a.m.
Event is free and open to the public. For more information sotterley.org
