This evidence-based program is designed to help reduce pain, improve balance, and promote total body wellness. It is beneficial for people with all levels of Tai Chi experience and is ideal for those who are interested in learning more about this art. Classes are progressive and are held on six consecutive Tuesdays at the Northern Senior Activity Center, Jan. 3-Feb. 7, from 10-10:45 a.m. This series does involve commitment to attend as many of the six classes as possible to ensure the maximum benefit.
