The M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation, Darnall's Chance House Museum invites Brownie and Junior Girl Scouts for Girl Scout Day.
Brownie and Junior Girl Scouts can earn up to five badges in one day by participating in various activities. They can try their hand at archery, basket making, see how herbs were used in the 18th-century, tour the museum, or learn about archaeology.
Space is limited. Troop leaders must register and pay all fees by Friday, April 22, 2016 at 301-952-8010. The rain date for this event is May 1, 2016.
When: Saturday, April 30, 2016, 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.

The Darnall's Chance House Museum opened to the public in 1988 as a historic house museum. It is dedicated to the interpretation and the study of the history and culture of 18th century Prince George's County, Maryland, with a special emphasis on the lives of mid-18th-century women.
