Located across the street from the old courthouse, we look forward to your visit. Stop by today while you're out enjoying all the great Earth Day events in the square!

Also, joining us today is Virginia with her unique line of wall art and jewelry. Looking forward to checking out her creations!

Calling All Vendors. The LVM will host several Flea Markets from May through October on the beautiful green outside the shop /across from the courthouse. We’ve had such an interest from our customers that we’ve started putting together our list of potential vendors/artisans. Whether you’re an old pro or a new flea market vendor, it’s a fun way to spend a weekend. We’re currently working on dates for the flea markets and will provide that information as soon as we have it. During the summer of 1986, two Marines are on trial for complicity in the death of a fellow Marine at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The Navy lawyer, a callow young man more interested in softball games than the case, expects a plea bargain and a cover up of what really happened. Prodded by a female member of his defense team, the lawyer eventually makes a valiant effort to defend his clients and, in so doing, puts the military mentality and the Marine code of honor on trial.

Note: There are several differences between the play and the movie.

The show runs April 15 - May 1, 2016. Thursdays - Saturdays 8:00 p.m., Sundays 3:30 p.m. Adults $15, Seniors (65+)/Students/Military (with ID) $12.00, Chidren (under 10) $10, Thursdays all tickets $10.

For reservations visit www.newtowneplayers.org or call 301-737-5447
