The Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Technology Center will host a high school “Top Dawg” academic challenge, Wednesday, April 18, 2007, 6:00 p.m., at the school site located at 24005 Point Lookout Road, directly across from the St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds in Leonardtown, MD.

The purpose of this event is to provide a friendly intellectual competition between Chopticon, Great Mills, Leonardtown and St. Mary’s Ryken High Schools. In a game show format, questions will be asked in the following categories: Mathematics, Science, Technology, The Arts, History, and Pop Culture 1960-2006.

This event is open to the public. Admission is $4.00 per person. All proceeds will benefit the Forrest Center’s SkillsUSA student organization and members who travel to state and national competitions.
