Joseph Charles Fitzpatrick. age 71, of Waldorf, Maryland passed away on October 11, 2019. Joseph was son of the late William Francis Fitzpatrick and the late Ruth Regina Smith Fitzpatrick. He is survived by his wife, Sally Fitzpatrick; two sons, Adam Joseph Fitzpatrick, and his wife Robin, and Casey Brendon Fitzpatrick, and his wife Courtney; and six grandchildren, Reagan, Grayson, Kinley, Rex, Reece, and Isla. Donald Patrick Buckler "Cowboy", 70, of Leonardtown, MD passed away on October 11, 2019 in Leonardtown, MD. He was born on May 16, 1949 in Leonardtown, MD and was the loving son of the late Isabelle Buckler and Lawrence Buckler. Cowboy is survived by his siblings Margie Guy of Mechanicsville, MD, and Wayne Buckler (Julie) of Mechanicsville, MD. He was preceded in death by his siblings Patricia Gardiner, Larry Buckler, Robert Buckler, and Dale Buckler.

In his younger years he joined Job Corp. Cowboy worked for Copsey's Plumbing. As well as J. Frank Abell, taking care of the coin operating machines from 1996 to 2007. He enjoyed shuffleboard, darts, playing cards, especially pitch with family, and playing softball for Pennies Bar.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD, where a Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 AM with Father John Ball officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens Leonardtown, MD. Serving as pallbearers will be Harold Buckler, Kevin Abell, David Farrell, Wayne Johnson, Danny Burch, and Gary Cox. Evelyn Joan Weare of Dunkirk, Maryland passed due to natural causes on Friday, October 11th at the 'young' age of 92 years. Evelyn was born in 1927 to Oliver and Beulah Baker and was the youngest of the couples four children.

She was the loving mother of the late Keith Stacey of Florence Arizona and is survived by her beloved grandchildren (De-Anna Stacey and Marc Karlicek, Amy and Troy Saunders, Korey Stacey, David Stacey, Rebecca Stacey, Michael Stacey, and Jason Stacey).

She was a cherished great grandmother to Marilynn, Tyler, Alexander, Jade, Damien, Alissa, Terrence, Tristian, and Jesse. Evelyn loved her family dearly and will also be remembered by her many nieces and nephews as the matriarch of her family.

Evelyn was born in Marion Indiana and lived in Arizona for over 50 years. She moved to Dunkirk, Maryland in May of 2018 to live with Amy, Troy and Tyler. Her primary occupation was a Switchboard Operator for the Telephone Company and then began work at craft stores where her natural creativity could blossom. She was a beautiful woman known for her sweet disposition, her jovial nature, and her avid love of the Church. She cared deeply for the people at Friendship United Methodist Church in Maryland and Florence Baptist Church in Arizona.

Evelyn was a breast cancer survivor who actively participated in the relay-for-life charity events in Arizona. Her son, Keith, became a hero as an organ donor upon his passing when a recipient received his liver on Easter morning in 2018.

Patricia Spencer App, 69, of La Plata, Maryland formerly of Eldred, Pennsylvania, passed away on October 10, 2019 at her home. Born on July 10, 1950 in Bradford, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Wanda E. Mounts Spencer and Blaine Eugene Spencer. Mrs. App was a teacher at the Bradford Area High School for 34 years before retiring. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. App was preceded in death by her husband, Jon Arthur App; and son, Keegan Gene App. She is survived by her daughters, Courtney Conley and her husband Rick, and Kelsey Barlow and her husband Sean; and grandchildren, Jonathan Conley, Caroline Conley, and Finn Barlow. Service and interment will be private. Arrangements by Raymond Funeral Service.
