Joseph P. Parker was born in Astoria, New York in 1928 to the late Leroy and Rose Mary Parker.
He was the beloved husband to Doris Parker; loving father to James Parker, Eileen Fox, Maureen Looney, J. Thomas Parker, Kevin Parker, Christopher Parker and the late Michael and William Parker.
