Amanda Elaine Moyer, 73, of La Plata, MD, died July 8, 2014 at the Genesis La Plata Center after a long illness. She was born in Canton, OH to the late James and Mary Edith (Stephens) Mattern on August 4, 1940.

She is survived by two daughters, Debbie (Everett) Butterfield of Plover, WI and Sandy (David) Goldsmith of La Plata, MD and one son, Lonnie (Andrea) Moyer of Groveport, OH. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service and spreading of ashes will be performed at the Kilgore Cemetery in Kilgore, OH on a future date. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam (May her soul be at God's right hand).
