Edna Louise Adams of Waldorf, MD died on March 28, 2014 at the University of MD Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD. She was 64 years old.

Edna was a cafeteria assistant with the Prince George's County School System and was a member of the White Hall Methodist Church in Accokeek, MD. She was also a member of the White Plains Moose Lodge. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and loved camping, shopping, and fishing.

She is the daughter of the late James Edward Atchison and the late Catherine Janie King Atchison. She is also predeceased by two brothers, Henry Atchison and Joe Atchison, Sr. and four sisters, Margret Kramer, Helen Graham, May King, and Catherine Adamsky.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Charles Adams; one son, Richard Nevitt; four daughters, Vickie Roundabush, Joyce Nevitt, Ellie Chester, and Priscilla Larsen; two brothers, Sam Atchison and David Atchison; and three sisters, Christine Wilkerson, Ellen Pickerall, and Doris Haynes. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Friends received on Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 10AM until time of Funeral Service at 12:00PM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646 with Interment to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, MD. Pallbearers: Willson Hamilton, Raymond Arnold, Robert Taylor, Ronald Larsen, Brian Pickerall, and Joe King.
