William Carroll Morris, Jr., 84, of Huntingtown, MD died in Prince Frederick, MD on February 14, 2014. He was born in Washington, DC to the late Rose Rulapaugh Morris and William Morris, Sr.

He served in the United States Army from 1946 until 1953, completing his military career as a member of the National Guard of the District of Columbia. He was employed as a printer by Saul's Lithograph in Washington, DC.

William enjoyed travel, completing crossword puzzles and being outdoors, working in his yard.

William is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jean; his sons, Wayne Morris and wife Brenda of Brandywine, MD and Steven Morris, also of Brandywine; daughter, Deborah Morris of Huntingtown; grandchildren, Holli Alderman and her husband, Aaron of Pt. Republic, MD, Danielle Lehman of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Jennifer Robbins, and Alan Morris and his wife, Ashley, all of Brandywine and great-grandchildren, Alan Morris, Jr, Angela Morris and Madelyn Alderman.
