Jonathan David Bongay-Flerlage of Waldorf, MD was born on June 6, 2013 and passed peacefully in his mother's arms with his father by their side on December 28, 2013 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD and was of the Catholic faith. He was 6 months old.

Jonathan is survived by his father, David William Flerlage and his mother, Aida Tuelda Bongay. He is also survived by two brothers, Nathaniel Bongay Flerlage and Michael Keanu Bongay; and his grandmother, Mary Jean Cox.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, John W. Flerlage.

Funeral services and interment will be private.
