Sherry Marie Resico, 59 of Leonardtown, MD died October 19, 2013 at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Born June 10, 1954 in Suitland, MD, she is the daughter of the late Henry Theodore Robertson and Lorraine Arebell Robertson (Hill).

Sherry was married to the late, Robert Carl Resico. They enjoyed 26 wonderful years of marriage before his death in 2008.

She is survived by her children, Shaun Resico of Leonardtown, MD; Robert Resico of Hollywood, MD and Christina Wood of Hollywood, MD; her siblings, Lorraine Percell (Frank) of Leonardtown, MD and Stacey Alvey (William, Sr.) of Mechanicsville, MD; and five grandchildren, Haley Nicole Resico, Alyssa Madison Resico, Ryan Logan Resico, Tyson Patrick Wood, and Sydney Elizabeth Wood.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 24, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with prayers recited at 6:00 p.m., in the Brinsfield Funeral Home, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. David Beaubien on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 22800 Washington Street, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Interment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens in Leonardtown, MD.

Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Resico, Shaun Resico, Mark Howe, Billy Schrader, Eddie Gardner, and Matt Berns.
