Francesann M. Foltz, 77, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2013, at her home in Mechanicsville, MD.

She was born Francesann M. Miller and spent her childhood in Mount Vernon, VA where she met and married her high school love, Irving Foltz. Upon his death in 2009 they had been married for nearly 56 years.

After a full life of work and raising 4 children in Stafford, VA, Mrs. Foltz moved to Cape Coral, FL where she spent more than 20 years in retirement enjoying close friends and visiting family.

Mrs. Foltz is survived by children Barry L. Foltz, Mechanicsville, MD, Terri L. Jennings and husband Harold D. Jennings Jr. of Box Elder, SD, Michael L. Foltz and wife Debbie of Chesapeake Beach, MD and Sandra L. Robinson of Fort Myers, Fl. She was the loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00p.m. with a final service on Thursday, October 3 at 11:00 a.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD. Interment will take place Thursday, October 3 at Mount Comfort Cemetery, S Kings Hwy., Alexandria, VA.
