John Charles Bolschi, III, 61, of Mechanicsville, MD and formerly of Waldorf, MD passed away on August 25, 2013 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.

He was born on February 18, 1952 in Pottsville, PA, son of the late John Charles Bolschi Jr. and the late Hilda Noel Bolschi.

John was a Senior Security Manager with Securitas. He proudly served in the United States Navy and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. He was a family man and enjoyed being a husband, father and grandfather. John also enjoyed the beach, fishing, and watching movies. He touched the lives and hearts of all his friends and family, and will be greatly missed.

John is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Cheryl Mae (Henderson) Bolschi; children, Rhiannon Fetterman (Josh), Kim Sloan (Tim), Heather Campbell (Ronnie), Elysha Bolschi, Scott Henderson (Donna), Zachary Arbuckle (Jen), Billy Arbuckle (Dawn), and Tina Licausi (Michael); sister, Marie Talmadge; 18 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received for John's Life Celebration on Saturday, August 31, 2013 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. A Service will begin at 12:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
