Justin William McGinnis of Indian Head, MD died on July 25, 2013 in Hagerstown, MD. He was 24 years old.

Justin was a construction worker. He attended Lackey High School. He enjoyed fishing, playing football, being outside with his ATV four-wheeling. He enjoyed being with friends and was known as being outgoing, funny, and of a big heart.

He most loved being with his daughter, Cheyenne.

Son of the living Michael David McGinnis and the living Kimberly Jean Foster McGinnis. Also survived by his paternal grandmother, Linda McGinnis; his maternal grandmother, Shelby Burgess, one daughter, Cheyenne Faith McGinnis; one brother, Ryan McGinnis; one sister, Kayla McGinnis; one niece, Kendra Arnold; three uncles, Keith and Kenneth Foster and Joe McGinnis; and one aunt, Tammy Lopez.

Friends received on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 5-8PM at New Life Wesleyan Church, 9690 Shepherd's Creek Place, La Plata, MD 20646 and where Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 11AM officiated by Rev. Mike Hilson. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
