Christopher Stanley Moore, Sr., 55, of Chaptico, MD, passed peacefully at his residence March 30, 2013. Born January 1, 1958 in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Richard Moore and Dolores Wills Moore.

Christopher was the Owner/President of CSM Ironworks, Inc., Mechanicsville, MD.

He was a member of Christ Church, Chaptico and enjoyed fishing, golfing and was an avid Washington Nationals and Redskins fan. Spending time with his family and especially the grandchildren was most important in his life.

Christopher was predeceased by his father.

He is survived by his wife, Bonny Moore; mother, Dolores Moore; children, Christopher Moore, Jr. (Crystal), Matthew Moore (Katie), Jacob Moore (Alicia), Kristen and Jordan Nylin; sisters, Jackie Hobbs, Patty Shumaker, Janice Treakle and Diana McConaty; 3 grandchildren, Christopher Moore, III, Jason Moore and Molly Moore and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends for Christopher's Life Celebration on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 from 2:00 - 4:00p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00p.m. with prayers at 7:00p.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Brinsfield-Echols. Pastor Steve Ferhman will officiate. Interment will take place at Christ Church Cemetery, Chaptico, MD.
