Oscar Lee Williams, 84, of Charlotte Hall, MD passed away at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital on February 3, 2013. He was born on August 27, 1928 in North Carolina to the late Ethel (Hines) and James Williams.

He served briefly in the U.S. Army as a mechanic. After his honorable discharge, he made his home in Los Angelos, California. Oscar became self-employed as a tractor trailer truck driver and retired in 1985. During his stay at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, Oscar enjoyed playing bingo and was an expert at playing checkers.

In addition to his parents, Oscar was predeceased by his beloved wife, Alice E. Williams and his brother, James C. Williams.

Oscar is survived by his two sisters, Deanie Green of Owings Mills, MD and Veronica Rogers of Pikesville, MD.
