Sean Patrick Minger, 40, of Chaptico, MD, died in Ft. Washington, MD on August 7, 2012. Sean was formerly from Waldorf, MD and grew up in Ft. Washington, MD. He was born on August 23, 1971 in Fort Worth, TX, the son of Stephen Frederick Minger and Charlene Diane (Lemert) Minger.

Sean was a member of Southern Maryland Trail Riders. He had a great love for the outdoors. Some of his favorite pastimes were hanging out with family and friends, riding horses, camping, 4-wheeling, and boating. Sean's generous attitude and sense of humor will be missed.

In addition to his parents, Sean is survived by his wife, Cherie Lynn (Hutson) Minger of Chaptico, MD; his step-son, Andrew Vaden; his step-daughter, Jessica Vaden; his two sisters, Shannon Rawlings of Waldorf, MD and Heather Carney of Pennsylvania; and his mother-in-law, Janet Hutson of Bryantown, MD.

Family and friends will be received for a Memorial Gathering on Sunday, August 12, 2012 from 12-2PM at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. There will be a Memorial Life Celebration starting at 2PM. Inurnment will be at a later date.
