Gerald Robert "Jerry" McGrath, 48, of Dunkirk, MD formerly of Silver Spring, MD passed away suddenly on May 25, 2012 at his residence. He was born on August 2, 1963 in Washington, D.C. to Paul L. McGrath and the late Jean F. Lumsden McGrath.

He was the beloved husband of Susan K. McGrath whom he married on August 4, 1995 in Orlando, FL.

Jerry graduated from Kennedy High School in 1981 and from the Marine Mechanics Institute, Orlando, FL in 1995. In his spare time he enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting and was a member of the Titians Motorcycle Club.

Jerry is survived by his father, Paul L. McGrath and his wife Phyllis J. McGrath of Sun City Center, FL; wife, Susan K. McGrath of Dunkirk, MD; sons, Gerald R. Hall of Brandywine, MD, Anthony C. Murillo of Lusby, MD and Barry D. Williams of Las Vegas, NV; brothers, Steven W. McGrath of Tulsa, OK, William B. McGrath of Hagerstown, MD and James L. McGrath of Lakeland, FL and two grandchildren, Lily and Ethan.

A Memorial Service celebrating Jerry's life will be held on Thursday, May 31, at 1:00 PM in the Rausch Funeral Home, P.A., 20 American Lane, Lusby, MD officiated by Charlie Bernhard. Interment will be private.
