Mr. Dale Pritts was a mechanical electrician with PEPCO for 30 years and an avid Redskin fan. He enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy on TV, and was known to be a jokester. He was very proud of his son and his accomplishments, and was always the life of the party.

Mr. Pritts is the son of the living Robert Dale Pritts and the living Carol Louise Stevanus Pritts of Waldorf, MD.

He is survived by parents; his beloved companion Stephanie Allen; one son, Dale Thomas Pritts of Owings, MD; one sister, Elizabeth "Libby" (John) Lumia of La Plata, MD; two nieces, Tessa and Natalie Lumia, both of La Plata, MD; one nephew, Jake Lumia of La Plata, MD. Also survived by a number of cousins, aunts, and uncles.

His viewing will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2012 from 11AM until time of service at 1PM at New Life Wesleyan Church (9690 Shepherd's Creek Place, La Plata, MD 20646). Clergy will be Rev. Aaron Rummage with John Lumia, Derrick Worrill, Danny Bowman, and Brian McCutcheon as pallbearers. His internment will follow at Wesleyan Memorial Gardens (9690 Shepherd's Creek Place, La Plata, MD 20646).
