Mr. Hubbard was a member of the Towson Presbyterian Church through high school and in 1994 became a member of Christ Church Wayside William and Mary Parish in Newburg, MD, the Boy Scout Troop 730 in Parkville, MD from 1983-1996, the Bridge Rollers duckpin bowling team in Timonium, MD with the Fairlanes' Saturday League from 1981-1992, and the Towson Family YMCA from 1978-1985. He was an active participant in Special Olympics, first at Towson State College and later at Thomas Stone High School where he won several medals and the gold for the softball throw.

He graduated from La Plata High School in 1993 and upon graduation, became part of the Spring Dell Center, Inc.'s vocational family and later joined their residential family program with his 2002 move to his home in Waldorf. He worked primarily in retail and for over the last 12 years he was an employee of Hooks and Hangers in La Plata's Hawthorne Center through the Supported Employment Program of Spring Dell Center, Inc. Jeffrey was recently elected Treasurer of the Kiwanis AKTION Club as the 2011 representative for Spring Dell Center. As an avid Redskins fan, he will best be remembered for his never ending enthusiasm for football.

Son of the living Leslie A. Hubbard and the living Jean Casey Hubbard.

Survived by his parents of Prince Frederick, MD and one sister, Dawn Hubbard-Moody and her husband Terry A. Moody of Dunn, North Carolina.

Visitation was on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 from 10:30 until service time at 11AM at Christ Episcopal Church Wayside.
