Allen Duke Latimer, III (Sir Duke), 25, of Brandywine, MD died February 4, 2011. Born June 5, 1985 in Clinton, MD, he was the son of Allen Duke Latimer, Jr. and Victoria Sue Richardson Latimer.

Allen graduated from Gwynn Park High School in 2003. He worked as a laborer II for the Prince George's County Department of Environmental Resources and was working toward being an equipment operator. Allen loved to cook, was a member of the Harley Owners Group (HOG), liked to shoot pool, fish and play video games, especially Call Of Duty. He loved his family and was excited that he would soon be an uncle. Allen was a very free spirited person, and enjoyed living life to the fullest.

Allen was predeceased by his grandmothers, Connie Marie Richards Latimer and Laura Agnes Richardson.

He is survived by his parents, sister, Trisha Marie Latimer-Smith brother-in-law Christopher; grandfathers, Allen D. Latimer, Sr. and Henry P. Richardson, Jr.; aunts and uncles, David Latimer (Connie), Shannon Latimer-Weaver (Scott), Cheryl Farrell (Robert), and beloved goddaughter Paige Jolene Shepherd.

The family will receive friends for a gathering on Thursday, February 10, 2011 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. at the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Rylie Agnes Smith (C/O Trisha and Christopher Smith) Trust Fund, Andrews Federal Credit 5711 Allentown Road Suitland, MD 20746.
