In loving memory of Tonia Lavada Osborn who passed away on January 18, 2022 at Georgetown Hospital in Washington, DC.

Tonia was the 3rd of 4 children born to the late Oscar Colbert Stallard and Betty Ann (June) Dingus Stallard on January 9, 1955 in Norton, VA. She was a "Coal Miner's Daughter" whose family moved to Waldorf, MD in November 1964 so her father could find work outside of the mines of VA. She completed her secular education in Charles County, MD.

She was preceded in death by her younger brother Mark Daniel Stallard. She is survived by her brother Michael Brent Stallard (Linda), her sister Lana Jill Dixon (the late Ralph Dixon Jr), her loving husband of 51 years Paul Talbot Osborn, her children Brian Matthew Osborn (Jennifer) and Melanie Rose Gentry (Jonathan) and her 9 cherished grandchildren.

Tonia loved Jehovah God, teaching people about him through her pioneer ministry and spending time with her family. She took great pride in working in her gardens, canning her vegetables and having a nice, warm home. Tonia was well known for her wonderful cooking skills that she used to make delicious homemade meals for her family and friends. She also loved Brighton and turquoise jewelry, roses, traveling and listening to music. Tonia devoted almost 30 years of her life to running the family business she and Paul started in 1983 - Quality Firewood and Logging, Inc. They started the business selling firewood to their community and under her care and direction turned it into a very successful corporation over many years.

On January 16, 1971 Tonia married the love of her life, Paul T. Osborn and together they had the joy of raising their two beautiful children Brian and Melanie. It brought Tonia so much happiness when she was blessed with her 9 wonderful grandchildren (Haley, Kelsi, Matthew, Jackson, Logan, Aaron, Sarah, LilyAnna and Everleigh) by whom she was affectionately called "Mamaw". Tonia will be greatly missed, and her family looks forward to seeing her again soon in the resurrection. Rev 21:4.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 5 - 7 PM for celebration of her life.
