Jean Heller, 102 of LaPlata, MD. Passed away on June 14, 2021 at her home in LaPlata, MD.

Jean was born on November 18, 1918 in Washington, DC to the late George and Ethel Mandley. She is also predeceased by her son, John Mihm; brother, Kenneth Mandley and her sister, Doris Holmes.

She is survived by her Daughters, Ruth Franquet and Shirley Rupprecht; son, Robert Mihm, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Jean was a manager for the Health Education and Welfare department. She enjoyed playing bingo and making arts and crafts. She also took care of the book store at the Maples.

The family will have a private memorial service.
