Richard DeNeale Barrett, 91, of Huntingtown, MD, passed away Saturday the 23rd of May 2020 at Calvert Health Medical Center.

Richard is predeceased by his parents, the late John Oliver and Margaret Ann (Compher) Barrett, sister Jane Clark, sons-in-law Steven Malloy and Kieran McMahon. He is survived by his wife, of 71 years, Kathleen and 9 children, Kathleen Malloy, Richard (Cindy) Barrett, Jr, Daniel (Teresa) Barrett, Margaret McMahon, David Barrett, Michael (Julie) Barrett, Theresa (Rob) Spohnholtz, Mary (Barry) Lambert, Sheila (Steve) Eaton, 26 grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren, sister Audrey Smith and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Richard took great pride in his family, all of whom loved him dearly. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Lee Funeral Home Calvert, P.A. on Friday, May 29, 2020 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM where a Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be private.
